Tehali.com — half order and no contact

The company seems to be fraud and big con. I want to file fir for the company.
I ordered lehenga ang chuni and paid full amount and when i opened the parcel it was just chunni and now they are not picking.
No email anf contact looks legit. The website was unreachable after they delivered the parcel and all phone number are invalid. Also there is no option to request refund or contact anyone. The company is a big time fraud and cheater.
