Tekskills private limited is not providing me my experience letter (Or relieving letter), even after 8 months of lwd (Last working date), even after putting resignation letter and serving the notice period of more than 1.5 months.
I have worked in tekskills private limited with client as bpcl in sewree location for more than 10 months.
Even not providing last 2 months full salary.
They have done this with almost every employees.
