Telangana Epass — Scholarship from Epass not yet released

Hi sir,
I Srikanth Kaligotla, pursuing 2nd year in PRR Law college. I checked my epass application status for my first year scholarship it says pending at district officer for sanction, and my friends others oc candidates are recieved payments for all of them, kindly update any issue,
