Sincere Request: To the Telangana Police Higher Authority ( Malakpet police station ) or the Concerned Department
Respected Sir,
Salutations for a pleasant evening. My petition is directed at Cheater Mrs. Shaik Khatoon, a 55-year-old social worker who resides in Malakpet. ( Contact No : [protected], [protected], [protected]) She promised me in July 2023 that she would get me a job in the corporate sector within a month, but she also required an advance payment of Rs 1, 00, 000 out of Rs 10, 000, 000. Since I was unemployed at the time, I took out a loan from the private sector to fund the process. She also promised to reimburse me in full if the work was not finished within the allotted time.
She gave me two bank checks for Rs 50, 000 each to withdraw from the bank after many attempts. I put the two checks into my account, but two of them were rejected for insufficient money. She spent my important time, money, and life, and my issue is still unsolved. She and her son and daughter intended to defraud me. She is subject to prosecution under the Negotiable Instrument Act.
As a result of the cheater's deceptive job claims that wasted my time, money, and age, I am requesting the Telangana Police Department (Malakpet Police station) for assistance in taking the necessary action to retrieve the money and provide compensation. Because of him, my parents and other family members are struggling with both physical and mental health problems.
Therefore, I respectfully ask that you kindly execute the directive to the concerned officer ( Malakpet Police Station ) or department to proceed immediately and without further delay with the petition that has been submitted.
