A Pallevellugu service bus has been deliberately misrepresented as an Express bus by changing the front and rear display boards to show “Express.” In reality, the bus provides only Pallevellugu-level facilities and service.
Despite this, Express bus fares are being collected from passengers, which is misleading, unethical, and amounts to overcharging the public.
