Tele Brand — Health equipment repair problem

Dear sir/Mam My name is Prabhakar Roy lived in New Delhi, Rohini.I have puchase a health equipment from tele brand store locate in rohini.Its purchase by shop only- address D12/62 rohini sec-7, delhi-85, contact number-[protected].dated 17.7.2015.But when i Use this, I found some problem in this equipment within 10 days this was complained by me.and after 2- 3 days they take my half of equipment for repairing.it is in warranty.so they should change it but they told me that they will repair it and will give me within 10 days but they did not talk to me and asking for money for repairing charge.it was a long time they could response me and give lot of excuse...and they demand money also ...they are harassing me please help me out...
