I purchased an automatic electric roti/chapati Maker with non stic coating vide order No 12166935 and the same product received on 07 September 2015. After opening of the package, it is seen that the packing case was in torn condition and there were so many bubbles on the chapati maker. I approached to the courier office for such condition, they informed me that they are only media for handing over the item to the customer. They are not responsible for any damage/defect. I approached several times to your office, your representative informed me that you will send the same through courier to this office at your own expense. This is your responsibility to replace the same item. Request replace the same at the earilest
