I ordered for an SANDHI SUDHA PLUS from here online for 3000rs. I got a confirmation call also from them. I recieved the product after 4 to 5 days. I opened the box and saw something was wrong. Since I have already used sandhi sudha I know everything about it. The colour of the bottle was different, the box was different, in the bottle instead of sandhi sudha oil I got ENGINE OIL. You can see the difference between the bottles in the picture. The left one is original and the right one is duplicate. I called back to the customer care number of Sandhi sudha which was given behind the box and they told me to call the helpline number of the website where I buyed the product. I call TELE SKYBRANDS helpine number one man picked up the phone and I told him the problem. He gave me another number and told me to call there. I called that number also and no one picks up. When I call him back he cuts my phone and when I call him from another number he doesnt even cares to talk. Actually this company is not at all a company. It is run by a single man who sits near his computer and operates everything. I noticed this thing because whenever I call all the helpline numbers given in the website he is the only one who picks it up. He picks up and says just "Hello". He doesnt even says the company name, he doesnt even asks for the order number or invoice number. He says his name as "SANJAY SHARMA". Here is his numbers which he gave:[protected]
