Tele Sky Brands — Recieved wrong product and when calling them and informing about them no action taken and now it's been a month

I have ordered paint spray elite product from them, and I made a onloine payment. After a week or so I recieved the package. Instead of sending me paint spray elite, they sent sent a paint spray with a different company which I dint want.I contacted the salesperson regarding this and he gave me a number and I kept trying to that number like a hundred times to connect.Finally the call got connected and when I told them that i want my product, the which one I want they said this one is also the same.But i insisted to them that I wanted only the paint spray elite which I ordered to which they gave me a complaint number:410017 and said that our person will be at home within 12 days to collect back the product.But today it's been a month and no action taken yet.I am very angry with this type of nuisence.Now I want a serious action to be taken against them.
