I had ordered wax vac ear cleaner on 30/11/15. It was 1 on 1 free with an aluka wallet also. But I found both of the products defective and I was confused. So I called the helpline no and they said that product replacement will be done within 10 days. But a month is over and I am very disappointed with this. I am very dissapointed... plz look into this .. I would like a refund or a replacement.
