Tele Sky Brands — Wrong product delivery - Fraud company

I booked Jointex EMS -Health product for my father who is a paralysis patient on 25th July 2015. They delivered me wrong product which is very cheap. I logged complaint on their complaint number - [protected]. Yet no concrete response from the company. The complaint Id is 410137. When I followed up for the concern, they are not providing exact date for replacement. Now they are not picking up my call also.
