With reference to the subject cited above i am to inform you that i have placed a order to your firm HOME SHOPING18 for jointex the order confirmed over telephone no [protected] with Mr. Anurag Sharma.employee in your firm, Now i am sorry to say that today i.e. 22/08/2015 i have received the item from Blue Dart after made payment Rs.3000/- and when i have opened the item and found that item are not same which i have placed the order. So, I therefore request you that i have no interest to use the item as you sent me, as you failed to send the item which i have selected. You are therefore request to get back the item immediately and refund the money an amount of Rs.3000/- immediately. Your firm i.e. Home shopping has failed to satisfy and it is not understood me that when a customer has selected a items which is shown your Home shopping18 site and placed a order to purchase but your firm sent the different/other item in the box pack which is cheated with the customer. In this connection you are directly return back the item immediately and refund me an amount of Rs.3000/- immediately.
