I write to formally complain about the unprofessional and threatening treatment I received at TP Mohali on 07/11/2025. I am a genuine post agent and have completed all required documentation. Despite this, on arrival I was denied entry and subjected to rude behaviour by a senior HR representative Chief HR I don't know the name kindly help me out regarding the same

On 07/11/2025 1:36 PM, I presented my identification and documentation as required.
The HR representative inspected my documents but spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, showing no professional etiquette.
He made statements that felt like threats and warned me against entering the campus without providing a clear reason.
I was then refused entry without explanation, which caused me distress and inconvenience.
This treatment is unacceptable and violates basic workplace standards of respect and fairness. I request a formal investigation into the conduct of the HR representative who handled my case, and ask that appropriate corrective action be taken. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the next steps and the expected timeline for the investigation.
