I had purchased one No. Roti Maker + Dough Maker worth Rs. 1500/- from you on 24/12/2014, vide Cash Memo number 153 dated 24/12/2014.
On receipt of the product on 30/12/2014 i found the roti maker in damaged condition. Immediately
I consulted your office and told them about the defect. Since I got no response. After several attempts one of your office staff, a lady, asked me to return the product through Courier to SKY SHOP PRODUCT, J3/52, RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI. I couriered the same on15/01/2015 and also got the confirmation from the courier "First Flight" that the courier has been handed over to the above address on 17/01/2015. It was also confirmed from your staff that once you receive the courier they will immediately call and give confirmation. Since I got no information, I rang up at [protected] and [protected]. The lady who answered the first call, (who has no speaking sense) said they needed confirmation and simply hung up without giving any proper reply. The 2nd number was not attended at all.
Sir, I had earlier also purchased many items on line from various online shopping, but such a response i am getting for the first time. A very bad experience. This shows how much u care for your customer. Once your good is sold you never attend your customer properly is it so?.
I Being a customer ask you to look into the matter and make immediate arrangement to send a replacement or to refund the Price Rs. 1500/- which I had paid as cash on delivery to me.
If i will not get a proper response or a replacement within 2 days, I will bring the same to the consumer court.
