Televantage — x5 mop total waste of money

Televantage is the worst company i have ever met across with.. bought x5 mop but it is of absolute no use.. it does not clean any stain even a smaller one.. i had a word with their executives but they said it is not possible as if i m telling lie.. they are not cooperating at all. They have the worst executives who doesnt help at all. ITS MY REQUEST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TELEVANTAGE
