Company person spoke over a phone and agreed to provide a service for about 24k. But they have not done any booking of cab and hotels but took the 25% of amount which is 6k on day of booking. The package agreed was, private cab for 5 days, 1 room in 3star hotels and breakfast.
Company booked some cab and hotels and asked me to make payment in the hotels and to the cab. No breakfast was available in any hotels. Cab left 4th day and my total expenditure was 29k. Total 7k loss for me Was this information helpful? |
