Tentgram — Cancelling stay offered without reason

Tentgram hailing as a travel agent promised stay at Kasol and Manali for 4 nights and accordingly we booked flights. And when about to book the hotel they are telling it is cancelled and they cannot give the stay. This is not about money and its about the thought of this money looting agency that they can do anything thinking that no one can ask.
