Terence Braganza — Contamination of Cow milk

I have tried loggin the same complaint on 24.9.16 but due to some reasons the same gave an error, It has been noticed several times the COW milk which has been recently launched the quality of it has gone down drastically, now if we boil (means a single boil as it does not require continous boiling being a pasteurised product)the milk and and after cooling refrigerate it a very very thick layer of some residue get settle down i.e gets stcuk to the bottom of the container, which clearly gives and indication of something is being mixed to the milk as this happens only when the product is contaminated. I trust the information would be taken seriously and an immediate action on the same would be taken at the earliest. I would be happy to hear something from you in return. Best regards
