I had purchase onlice 10M Multi function high pressure water gun for Rs.592.00 from www.deal92.com, the product delivered to my address was by Tescon Multi Products Pvt Ltd, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi - 110092 vide Order No. D11130688 dated 24.11.2013, instead of 10 Meter length I was supplied 7 Mtrs Lenght. I had complained at the web address contact No.[protected] under complaint No.447002 dated 24.12.2013, even I had booked another complaint as soon as I had received the delivery, but unfortunately I lost its number and date of registering the complained. The complaint registered on 24.12.2013 had to be resolved in 10 days, but now even after more than 15 days, the compaint is still not resolved. I feel I have been cheated.
