Testbook Skill Academy — Gave incomplete information about the course, employee fraud and unauthorized transaction

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against one of your employees for deceptive behavior resulting in an unauthorized transaction from my account.
Recently, I was misled into purchasing a course that I did not intend to buy. This transaction was initiated by a Testbook employee who provided misleading information and misrepresented the nature of the purchase. As a result, funds were deducted from my account without my consent.
I am deeply disappointed by this breach of trust and unethical conduct. Such practices are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the integrity of your organization.I request an immediate investigation into this matter to identify the responsible employee and take necessary disciplinary action. Furthermore, I demand a full refund of the deducted amount to be credited back to my account promptly.

Please provide me with a detailed report of the incident and the corrective measures taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Please take this complaints seriously and will handle this issue with the utmost urgency and professionalism.
