Its a fake institute who promotes themselves as it technologies training & placement assurance.in the name of it, they politely convince you to pay huge amount of money. Once you pay off that's the end of their politeness, promises and shows their arrogance.
Initially they say lot of gambling words to convey people that it's a free of cost / may have to pay just nominal payments etc. They try at most of their talent to convince but never get trapped.
