Textualizes.com / Eempovate — Data Entry Job Scam 4,000 Paid and Personal Documents Collected

I am filing this complaint regarding a data-entry job opportunity associated with Textualizes.com and Eempovate in Secunderabad, Hyderabad.

On 8 October 2026, after attending an interview, I was asked to pay ₹4, 000 through PhonePe for access to the data-entry software. After making the payment, I received login credentials for Textualizes.com.

I was instructed to complete 500 pages within one week, with approximately eight fields per page containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols and spaces. Copying and pasting is prohibited, and a minimum accuracy of 90% is required. I was informed that if I failed to meet the accuracy or deadline requirements, I would not receive the promised payment of ₹5, 500.

During the recruitment process, my Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details, contact number and college documents were also collected. This raises serious concerns about the handling and security of my personal and financial information.

I believe this job arrangement is fraudulent because I was required to pay ₹4, 000 upfront for work that carries strict conditions under which I could complete the assigned tasks without receiving payment.

I also came across previous public complaints describing similar data-entry job conditions and upfront fees. One complaint mentions Textualizes.com and EcoCruit and refers to the Swapnalok Complex location in Secunderabad.

I request that this complaint be taken seriously and that the company's recruitment practices, upfront payment requirements, work conditions and collection of personal documents be examined. I would like appropriate action to be taken regarding this matter.
