I booked a land plots from TGS Layouts and I cancelled as there was an emergency and I was short of cash. We never had any problem as we got our money back at the time they stated they will give us the money. I presented the cheque after few days and the cheque was honoured. They never cheated us.

They provide the money as they will get lot of interest rate for the amount you had kept it with them. But progress of the plots/flats are not at all reliable

I think yu got your money after 90 days just calculate the ROI from the date of your booking and the date you got your money back i must be all most 6 months if i am not wrong... LOL...

If possible can share the your passbook entry of the cheque got cleared from TGS? If share then we can say you are genuine person who booked the plot and cancelled it. If not you might be one of the Customer support person from TGS!!!

TGS Layouts has been good to us. We are two brothers. Both o[censored]s bought land in Electronic City. We inspected the land plots. Work is going on full swing. All is well till now. They will give possession soon. Thank you TGS.

Akshay, looks like Tgs has paid u for this comment or u are an employee of Tgs. Either ways cos they are not so professional as the land papers are not clear. Plus someone said, he or she had no problem in getting back the money & blah blah...pls don't fall for it. They will make YOU call them hundred times & will make u visit their office multiple times if you have cancelled. Before the booking, tgs employed will call u again & again for money & once that is done they will vanish & will not bother to call back

Those who wrote positive comments here will be the idiot employees of TGS for sure.
TGS is a 3rd class company. Even my money got stuck with this froud company. I will teach them a lesson for sure...!!
