Respected sir, i m from mira road mumbai, the rickshaw registration is from thane RTO, i stopped a rickshaw from pleasent park to hathkesh, but rickshaw men refused to go with me, i requested him, but he avoided and told me to complaint and take any kind of actions! so sir i humbly request you to take action regarding the rickhshaw wala! the rickshaw no is-MH04-FC-2209. kindly take some action!.
