Hi my name ambika, i purchased one chain in thangamayil jewellery in townhall near by pothys... Chain purchased on 11th june 2018... Actually mangalayam chain so after purchased chain was look perfect without damaged while taken to home after 2 days tried to add mangalayams in chains we seen a defect in chain its manufacture defect so i went directly to shop informed about the manufacture defect they told to give the chain in shop for repair as free service it will return after 24 hours, i cant able to come by that time to shop because of family issue, i went to shop after 1 month asken to take this chain is not used and asken for exchange for new chain without any extra charges actually i got chain for 32 grams in gold... Now in shop sales executives telling chain was purchased so we cant exchange u can buy a new chain but you want to pay the gst and wastage charges... Already paid when i buy this chain again in shop asking me to pay like,,, like this my bangle which i was purchased its 916 its shape changed... Kindly help to get justice from this shop,, nearly i spent 1 lakh its loss only chain also i cant use it will broke..
