Incident Description: first I enquired about ordering a saree (which they shared earlier) on 2nd October. Then they tricked me saying the saree was available and they would dispatch after I paid full advance. I paid them the full payment of Rs. 780 (saree 695 + 35 gst+ 50 shipping charge) for the selected saree on 3rd October. after getting the payment they suddenly told me that the saree was out of stock after. I already asked them before making the payment if I should make the payment and they should have mentioned to me that time itself that it was out of stock but they didn't do that instead they asked me to order another saree.

I thought, it's okay it happens so I selected another saree from the ones they shared but again they told me it was out of stock too. I asked for a refund as the saree we selected was out of stock and they agreed to refund after repeated requests. but then on 5th October they again shared a few more sarees and told us to select one. by this time we somewhat got the idea that our money is gone a they are cheating us. but to save our hard-earned money we decided to select another saree from the ones they asked us to select from.

so we selected one saree and they agreed to ship the same saree. we received the saree on 9th October and it was a different saree they sent. we chose a saree but they sent a different poor-quality torned saree. and when I asked them to address the mistake, they started making excuses and were not accepting that they sent a different saree. please check the images of both the sarees I have attached (the one I ordered and the one I received). I have also attached the unboxing video.

They are now not accepting their mistake and are abusing us with voice messages saying, "Do whatever you want, we won't refund the amount." They have cheated us and taken our hard-earned money, and now they are refusing to take their product and refund the money. They are repeatedly claiming that both the sarees are the same. Please look into the issue and help us fight against these online frauds.
