Full Description of Incident:
I placed a prepaid order (Order #46290) on August 22, 2025, for "KZ Acoustics Castor IEM, " paying ₹1490 in full.
The order was shipped by you via Blue Dart courier with Air Waybill (AWB) number [protected].
On August 23, 2025, at 18:08 hrs, the official Blue Dart tracking status for my shipment was updated to "SHIPMENT SHORTAGE" at the Bengaluru Hub. This status is an admission by the courier that my parcel has been lost while in their custody.
I have already emailed both The Audio Store and Blue Dart regarding this issue, but I have not received a concrete resolution. As the seller who accepted my payment, you are responsible for the safe delivery of my product.
Desirable Resolution:
I request one of the following two actions immediately:
a) Ship a new replacement unit of the same product at no additional cost and provide me with a new tracking number.
OR
