Served Non Veg instead despite asking for Veg food We had been served CHICKEN sizzlers instead of VEG sizzlers when we had been there over the weekend on 30 May 2015, I personally had never ever eaten NON-VEG in my life but they made me eat at The Bar Stock Exchange BKC. Before placing the food order we told the attendant that we are Vegetarians and all the food to be served should be strictly veg. when asked for Veg sizzlers we were served non veg sizzlers. Due to dim light we could not make out that non veg dish has been served. We had ask them 3 times to the person who had served that is this veg. he said 100% it is veg. It was only after tasting it we realized that it wasn't vegetarian and had to spit it all out. Again we called him & ask what this then other person told its non-veg. When manger (Rakesh Mishra ) was called he said that he went to take some Call and so this happened .Even in bill it was been mention Veg Sizzlers. What action can be taken against such people? Inspirited of all this happening the attitude of manger was that he is giving us money back for the sizzlers served. Over there we had spend more then rs.16, 000/-on drinks & foods ( btw 4 ppl only ) in that he trying to give back rs.600/- to 800/- I think the food was ok, their service is not so good, probably they have way too much business to handle and mainly they should make sure that they serve vegetarian food to vegetarians :-( We finally left totally dissatisfied with every aspect of the experience.
