⭐ 1 Star — Very Disappointing Experience

I paid ₹999 for a personal numerology consultation expecting a proper analysis of my name, mobile number, DOB, logo, visiting card, watch and especially my signature.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had given one full hour for the consultation, but almost 40 minutes were spent promoting a ₹3.5 lakh course/package instead of providing the analysis I had paid for.

I was also told that my logo and visiting card were not properly “energised” and needed to be recreated through another package. This was confusing because these were created earlier under Ankit Batra Sir’s guidance.

At the end, the team offered to provide the signature analysis free of cost. However, I don't believe I should have to accept a complimentary service for something that was already supposed to be part of the ₹999 consultation.

My issue is not the ₹999. It is the value of my time, transparency and customer experience.

I had taken the consultation for analysis, not for a sales pitch.

I am sharing this review because I genuinely expected much better from a brand associated with Ankit Batra Sir. I hope the management reviews how these consultations are being conducted so that other customers don't have the same experience.
