The Bhawanipur Education Society College — Refund of Admission Fees

I had applied for B.Com(H) in St. Xavier's and Bhawanipur College. Got admission in both but St. Xavier's selection list came later. In the meantime, I applied in Bhawanipur College and paid admission fees of Rs.25250/-. Later when my name came in St. Xaviers, I wanted to cancel/withdraw my admission from Bhawanipur College. But the Bhawanipur College is not allowing that by not refunding my admission fees. My father is the sole earning member in a family of 5 and this amount is pinching us a lot in this time of pandemic. Kindly help.
