The Blue Fashion — cheating the customer

I ordered for 3 combo tshirts for rs 999... The gave me 3 local shirts also the material is low quality... So i messaged them email for return... The reply was they are investigating please wait.. Now still 1 month and 12 days i am waiting.. There is no further reply... Many customers have the same issues... Please help me to solve this problem as well as for my cash back...
