The Case Company — Order not delivered and no response after repeated follow-ups

I placed an order (order no: TCC94169) with The Case Company on 17th September 2025 for a phone case. Despite making full payment, I have not received my order to date.

I contacted the company multiple times via email and Instagram DMs, but only received a single response saying, “We’ll look into it”, after which they completely stopped replying. Even after more than a month, there’s been no delivery, refund, or update on my order.

I also reached out to an influencer who had promoted their brand; only then did the company respond once and go silent again. This behavior is unprofessional and misleading to customers.

I am requesting a full refund or immediate delivery of the product within a fixed time frame.

Kindly take strict action against The Case Company for delay, false promotion, and poor customer service.
