Subject: Notification Regarding Tenancy Dispute Involving Your Employee - Amrapali Tawde
Dear HR Department,
I am writing to bring to your attention a civil matter involving one of your employees, Ms. Amrapali Tawde.
Ms. Amrapali Tawde, along with her mother, Mrs. Megha Tawde, and her brother, are currently occupying my residential flat at Dheeraj Jamuna Coop Hsg Society, Mumbai. The lease agreement for the said premises has expired last year.The occupants have neither vacated the flat nor renewed the agreement, and there are outstanding dues to the owner.
The flat is urgently required for use by the owner’s parents, both of whom are over 85 years of age. The ongoing dispute has caused considerable distress to the owner’s family. A formal case has already been filed and is pending before the Bandra MHADA Court.
As the matter is currently sub judice, I am sharing this information solely to notify your organization, as the individual is employed with you. I trust you will take note of this as you deem appropriate under your internal policies.
