This is Zeenath Unnisa, having savings bank account in The Darussalam Cooperative Urban Bank Ltd.
I have returned a product to an E-COMMERCE app, Amazon and it is showing in its transaction history that amount refunded.

But the refund amount is not yet received in my savings bank account.
I have attached a copy of RRN no.

Please do the needful ASAP.
