Hello Guys Pankaj Goel from Delhi, I would like to share some of the worst Experience which i have in my life which can never be forgot n lifetime .. 3 year back i meet one of the person his name was Mr Gagan Nanda & his brother Gaurav nanda who was from Malviya Nagar new Delhi in 2012. I meet them first time through one of my very closed friend who was the Landlord & owner of that Hotel which was running by the Yogesh Nanda family...

I am Mandeep Gaur from Malivya Nagar New delhi, Let me introduced my self, I am Bank Clerk PO in Syndicate Bank Malviya Nagar Branch new delhi, One incident have fully changed my life heaven to hell. This matter have started from Malviya Nagar where i was working near by my office place one food eatery restaurant was there the name of Delhi Heights which was running by a Mr Yogesh Nanda, Poonam Nanda and his 2 fraud son Gagan Nanda & Gaurav Nanda . I used to visit there place Delhi Height restaurant everyday in my lunch time so we had very good terms with Yogesh Nanda & there Family. After having relation of 3 years one day they asked me that they need some investment to start same business in other place in Delhi, I said them ok fine u apply to bank i will help to get a Bank loan since we had 3 years relation so thought lets help them as a human being nothing wrong in that, So asked Mr Yogesh Nanda to come to Bank and i will introduced my Branch Manager of Syndicate Bank Malviya Nagar Branch, They have guide him what are the documents needed for the loan they have given form to fill and attached all the relevant document which required for Bank Loan. As u know Bank rules if you give Collateral Bank never asked for any Local Guarantor or else they will ask someone who can Sign the Loan form as a Guarantor If in case the person is unable to pay in that case bank may ask money to repay from guarantor in some cases, hence whatever After a week Yogesh Nanda & His wife Poonam Nanda came to office and submitted the Loan documents to Bank, after 2 days i got a call from Mr Yogesh Nanda that he wants to meet me i said fine im coming tomorrow today im out of City with my family the date was 27 Oct 2013 (Sunday) After i come back as usually i used to go for my Lunch time i went and finish my lunch and after Mr Yogesh Nanda his wife Poonam Nanda ask me come to house we will have some imp talk, After i went to his house they requested me to Sign a Bank Loan form as a Local Guarantor, so i surprised and shocked how someone can ask like this to be a Guarantor for him since we know each others form this hotel Delhi Heights it don, t mean that we i can involve in any financial matter or Loan matter with unknown people whom we just know just bcoz i eat everyday my lunch there, I refused to sign and be a Guarantor for them then suddenly Poonam Nanda a wife of Yogesh Nanda started requesting me as a Son please help us to get a Bank Loan Gagan wants to start one more Out lets in another place. So i asked few days of time to discuss my family will inform you . After talking with my wife she said its not good to be a grantor for anyone noways. Even She is also a Bank Employee she knows the terms better. After that i called to Yogesh Nanda that I can, t Sign your Bank Loan form as a Local Gurantor bcoz we just know each others in just in hotel i come there and eat that's not enough to know a person neoghter we had any financial transaction with each other. Any way Yogesh nanda started calling and eating my head & begging everyday please please sign it we will not cheat or run away like usual everyone says that Finally i agree somehow and without asking my wife i have signed the Bank Loan form and given them since they were trying to get Loan of Rs 1500000 but without any Bank guarantee or Land or Property bank will never approve loan just based on business, After 10 days they got approval for just Rs 500000 only that also i was a Witness & Guarantor for them since im a Bank Employee so it was very easy to get approved, After the Loan approval i said them See mr Yogesh prepared your self from this month to pay bank EMI which was just around Rs 8560 Only, they started paying EMI from Nov 2013 .After 6 month i got some Official work to stay to Gurgaon for 2month, I went in there my my office work by 21st May 2014 to 23rd July . Mean while we used to talk weekly twice, one day i called him just as usual the day was 12 July 2014, And his Mobile No was Off i thought may be some small reason anyway i called him again 13th July 2014 Morning 11 AM. The Mobile was Still Off and then i tried reach Gagan Nanda & Gaurav Nanda Mobile number as well both we coming Off, now i got doubt so i asked my Friend to go to there Malviya Nagar Delhi Height and meet them, he went next day and saw that no is there the hotal was closed so he asked there local people and neighbor as well, The Entire story what they said to him i was shocked the Entire Yogesh Nanda Family his wife Poonam Nanda, Gaurav Nanda & Gagan Nanda flew from that Place.. after listening all this form my Friend i was frustrated on my self that i my self did a biggest mistake in my life without knowing there family background i become a Bank guarantor. After that i came next day and meet some people who was the Hotal Owner and he said all the incident that they Yogesh Nanda Family has done fraud of more than RS 3 to 5 Crore around since he is the hotel owner people used to come there and meet them only for asking any information about them . After that my Bank where i was working they started a legal process and they Filled a FIR against Yogesh Nanda Family in Malviya Nagar Police Station, and after that Bank cl amend me to repay as a Bank Employee i was the Guarantor so i don, t have choice to escape form this truth & fact, they started deducting from my Salary. Now the Entire Fraud Yogesh Nanda, Poonam Nanda, Family issue a Look out notice from Delhi Police Malivya Nagar. As per some there friend source we have the information that Entire Yogesh Nanda Family have left the country may be in USA or Canada, one of this closed Friend have information from they have come from Canada only may be once again after Cheating a Huge money they might settled in same place but not sure. I have some Pic which i got from there friends which also i will attached after this . Why i am posting this Blog that whatever i have faced a issue in my life someone else should be aware with this International Fraud Yogesh Nanda and there family . If you find this fraud family any where in world Please inform to Delhi Police Malviya Nagar POlice station immediately. As per the local source in Malviya Nagar they have cheated many Chit Fund Company, Friend, Bank, house owner and many people have the bounced check which was giving from Fraud Nanda Family Kindly request you to If you find Yogesh Nanda Fraud family inform to New Delhi Malviya Nagar Police station immediately. We are also trying to trace ogesh Nanda family in USA & Canada though the Embassy people

I am Simran ( a change name) from Motibagh New Delhi, first i would like to tell about my self i am Divorced women, I meet one of the person through Facebook 3 year back in March 2012 Gaurav Nanda from Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, we both were keep in touch with through Facebook only since we don, t know each other i have not shared my personal number, i told every thing about me and my family very well that i am divorced lady and looking for a right partner once again, this time i don, t want to go though the same pain which i got from my past marriage life, As u can understand now days specially for a single women life is very hard and tough, so i took this purposel seriously and i informed my parents as well so finally as u know every parents want to see there children always happy so they got agreed for this marriage, after that we started meeting each other twice in a week and also trying to to know each other well, i have decided that i don, t want to go through the same pain which i have in my past like this we spended a good time with each other almost 1 year, He said about him that his father Yogesh Nanda who was a big business man 10 years back and and his business loss he lost everything so finally he has only own house in Delhi friends colony as Gaurav Nanda Said to me . I was not worry about his financial background i trusted blindly him whatever he have as every women needs a right person for her life partner same i wish from him.
He was running a Hotel with him Family Father- Yogesh Nanda, Mother-Poonam Nanda, and his younger brother Gagan Nanda as well the name of Delhi Heights it was location in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi,

One day he invited me for Lunch to his house to meet his parents, I thought that he really very a nice person and also he is serious about marry as well, I went to his house and he introduced me me with his parents, after this meeting i told my parents that we both are planing to marry next year bcoz usually used to come to my house sometime so my parents had no objection to accpect the purposal . All was going fine, One day we meet and he told me that he is planing to Expand his hotel business he wants to one more Outlets some other place he is looking for some financial help from me, As he was knowing im working women i will not able to support much on financial side but he said & promise me once other out lets will start we will buy a new house and will marry & settled soon he promised me so finally i don, t have a choice to go back and i agree i have some FD which was my hard earn money finally i decided to help him I break the Fix deposit and given him around Rs 12, 00000, i have given the entire amount in Cash in since he needed according to his requirement,
After giving my hard earn money to him he start avoiding me slowly after few month i started putting pressure to marry me he created a story that give me some time lets business grow i will marry you i said him i am already a working women so i can manage our family without your support as well but god knows what was there in his mind i started feeling some Gap after give my entire money one day i went to his house with My parents and meet his Dad & Mom They promised my parents that give us some time we will marry next year finally we don, t have choice rather than waiting for next year, I did, t told my parents that i have helped there family Rs 12, 00000, since they are old i don, t want to give them any tension to them at this point of time since they are already upset since i got Divorced.

After meeting with his parents he started avoiding my call i understand that i took again wrong decision since i lost my money i was unable to ask if i ask back my money he will disconnect from me i just keep quit for few month day and month was going and whenever i try to meet him he always says he is busy always seems to busy in business in that manner anyone can understand that
One day i have decided i will ask him to marry soon or give my money back i went to his Hotel Delhi Heights in Malviya Nagar to meet him the 18th July 2014 I saw the Hotel was closed so i went to his house which was just walk able distance back from his Hotel Delhi Heights i saw the house is looked i asked there neighbor about Yogesh Nanda & Family what ever they said i was completely shocked they run away from there over the night with entire family . And they cheated money from lots of people my eyes was full of tears i was not able to sleep many nights after loosing my truest and faith once again and lost my entire life saving money which i saved from my job ..

I asked the Hotel owner his name was gyan he was the Hotal owner which was run by Gaurav Nanda Fraud Family, Based on his information he said that they have cheated almost more than Rs 3 Crore from market which is including there Land Lords, Chit fund company, Bank and many local financier,
I was comply broke down fro that day onwards, As he said that many Chit fund company and bank have filied FIR in Malviya nagar police startion against entire Nanda family, His father- Yogesh Nanda- Mother Nanda, Gaurav nanda, Gagan nanda

Delhi Police has issued a Non - Bailable warrant against them they are Look out,
As they have cheated many people in Malviya nagar many Victims is keep in contact with there landlords and hotel owners,

The Delhi Heights Hotel is still running the same Place by the same name with his owners only

I am Sunil Sharma from Karol bagh, New Delhi, I was one of the Common friend of Gagan Nanda & Gaurav Nanda, The Nanda Family Deported from Canada 9 years back as i have information from one of my closed friend of him. After coming to Delhi They have planed for Hotel Business, They have selected the Location in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, The Name of Delhi Heights Food Restaurant.. I was not knowing them earlier directly i meet this family through one of my very closed friend his name is Ankit he was a business partner in Hotal Business with him, They started the business then after sometime they become good friend of mine as well and they suddenly ask money that they want to open one more Branch of the same Brand Delhi Heights in Karol Bagh, To be honest after seeing the there business in Malviya Nagar i was quit confident that i can run easily anywhere . Basically my house was in Karol Bagh only and i had very much interest to start there They asked me to invest on 50-50 % Partnership based, I was ready and i asked money my parents and some of my relative based on the planed, I took around 7 Lack and given them, I have given money to Nanda Family Mr Gaurav Nanda & Gagan Nanda, on 25 April 2014, We used to meet them daily evening in Malviya nagar and most of the time we had dinner together it means u can say they create a very good truest from me entire Nanda Family. His Father name Mr Yogesh Nanda & Mother - Poonam Nanda, Always says that they have a big Empire which they lost long year back, I trusted them blindly and joined them, Anyway after giving money to them they suddenly change the plan by saying that lets expand business from here we will start after some time one we get our investment back from Malviya Nagar, Delhi Heights, I was completely shocked and i said them that please refund the money when u plan that time i will ask my parents and they started saying that they spend the money bcoz of some Medical Emergency, of Mr Poonam Nanda, Every thing was in-front of my eyes so i believe them and waited for few month like that almost 3 month gone and once again i said them to refund my money my parents took from Private Financier they are asking back, I went to Malviya Nagar on 7th July 2014 and i asked straight away my money back, They said by End of this money will arrange the money and give back, Finally i think i don, t have a choice rather then waiting, After few days i went to meet Mr Gagan Nanda and i was shocked that Delhi Heights Restaurant was closed and i asked Neighbour about them they said that they have run away from here over night on 10th July 2014, I came to know that they Left country suddenly, that days i got lots of complaint against them that they have cheated lots of money from that Area Malviya Nagar, I was fully shocked i don, t have word to talk to my Dad & my family, Lots of Private Financier & There friend & Bank people Agent are looking for them to get there money back, , We all are trying to find out but we are sure that Nanda Family has left the country. I am writing this Blog bcoz even they go any where any part of world they can, t do with anyone else, So Please Be aware from Nanda Fraud Family, I am also attching the family photo U can have a look, I[censored] find them any where any part of World please Inform to MALVIYA NAGAR, DELHI POLICE, I am sure they have cheated more that 5 Crore as per the information with many people Specially Bank as well..
