[Resolved]  The Furniture King — Non-delivery of Sofa Set

I met Mr. Jaganath M in India Furniture Expo at Shubh Convention Hall on 21st March 2022.
We booked at 3+2 sofa and a recliner for Rs. 75, 000 and paid Rs. 10, 000 as advance. On April 9th, I called Mr. Jaganath to process the order. He informed he will tell his team to start processing the order. After some time I got a call from Mr. Praveen John asking for Rs. 10, 000/- to start processing. I paid the same via Google Pay. He informed that the sofa will be delivered by April 16th. I called Mr. Jaganath again for April 12th, but no response from him side. I called Mr. Praveen who informed they can deliver by April 19th. After this both Mr. Praveen and Mr. Jagan did not respond to my calls.
I called another number mentioned on the bill and Ms. Prajna picked up telling that the order in under process and they will delivery the sofa soon. After April 19th none of them responded to my calls and messages. On visiting the address mentioned in the bill, I came to know that it does not exist and they are a fraud company.
