The Global Open University Nagaland — issue of original degree certificate and marksheets

Address:Wf 144 Ali mohala Jalandhar city

I have completed ba from the said university june 2008my roll no was ee/ba/002/pol/2008d. I have submitted all assignment and dues in time. But it now i have not received the original degree & certificate and marksheet. I have tried through phone & mail many time but no response from that side.
Please help me to solve this problem.
