The Global Open University Nagaland — MBA certificate not yet received

I have completed my MBA Program from THE GLOBAL OPEN UNIVERSITY NAGALAND in the year 2010, i have passed all my semesters with First Class, however i have yet not recieved my Certificate for same, i have been trying to get in touch with my then faculty, but all in vain, number either not available or not reachable, no response on the email as well which was sent in 2019, have attached a photo of same.

Request your help to please help me with My certificate, my details are as below:

Name : Ishtiaq Bargir
ROLL NUMBER : (ROLL NO - PG/319/MBA/2008J)
Year of Exam (4th Semester 22nd June -30th June)
Year of Passing (Marksheet Handed over to me ) : May 2011.
