We have purchased a property for 3.5 Lakh in 2013 from Nilesh Naik and his father for a house on The Hamlet- Theur pune project. Since then we are waiting for property or money, There are 50 people like us sturgling and there was a case in High court against it by one member who got the refund after the judge instructed them to pay him back and to all o[censored]s. But he is not paying back to us.
we have all the receipt cheques and everything with us. Now he is saling that same property to some other persons and doing same with them.
