The Himalaya Drug Company — himalaya neem face pack

I brought Himalaya neem face pack yesterday, as I applied it on my face there was burning sensation. I thought it might be the way it worked.
Because I have been using Himalaya products since long time!
But as i removed my face pack my skin Was itching badly... I turned out horrible after an hour... in the morning i found my skin burned with complete redness...
It has turned out worst.
Very disappointed!

I have bought Himalaya purifying neem face wash and used it. It almost smells like a chemical and seems that lot of chemicals are used in it. Please try to provide quality product.

I had purchased Himalaya Face cream 8 days ago but it turned out completely bad
The cream is replaced with bad water
The product was taken from the grocery store
