The Hope Hospital — Salary Grievance

I am writing to put in my complaint and also an honest review of The Hope Hospital – newly opened in Urban Estate, Phase 2, Patiala. The hospital management hired numerous employees and provided offer letters and nothing was mentioned about the probation period. After opening in the month of April, all of a sudden they began terminating many employees, every month without any professional/legitimate reason and without providing salaries.
I was given in writing by the management, that my month’s salary will be credited in my account. It’s been more than 2 months now. After multiple attempts to reach them in person and over calls, I was given a signed letter by one of the management - Navneet Kaur Mand, but nothing happened. Again, the owner/management person- Gurpreet Singh Benipal, provided a signed cheque, however, he refused to confirm on the date of deposit. These people keep on giving dates and invalid cheques and many other employees can confirm that their cheques have bounced. I can provide all the written documentation for reference. After all the false claims and verbal intimidation over phone and in-person, now, I am left with no other option but to raise a voice against such practices.

Please refer to other complaints as well on the subject. This is a humble request that we need to create awareness to be wary of such people, who are maligning the names of medical facilities and harassing people for money.
