I wanted to order 2 earrings of Rs 650 from The jewellery palacee @ instagram store and even placed a order but while making payment i made a mistake and paid 4000 through paytm to the details they have provided .. actually i was trying to add money to my wallet but I forgot that I have selected "Pay" option. Then I requested that girl Named Vani to refund the remaining money which I have transferred bymistaken and to place order but that girl started giving excuses and forced me to purchase for full amount. Somehow I realised that she is not going to return money so I placed order for full amount. But during this period she talked very arrogantly that it was your mistake m.did we ask for money ..so we are not going to refund the money you have to place order anyhow... I requested her I can not afford to buy for such amount so she started saying " Aap pagal ho, dimag kharab hai aapka kind of words. And while placing order she didn't help out to choose she started threatening that she is a lawyer and she will sue me for asking to return the my own money. Now it's almost 10 days she is not updating me about my product status whether she have dispatched or not or the status. This is how she deals with customer. Her name is Vani Chaudary.
