The jtstore.com website says that they deliver the product in 7 days or refund the cash. I ordered 2 acs from their website orderid:1806655 and since there was no cod option so i had to pay the amount rs 50, 019/- online.
As soon as my order got booked i received an email from the site that they have received the amount, and order is under process.
Their website does not provides tracking of the order status so i waited for few days, but then there was no status update or communication from them.
So i called on the 4 mobile numbers mentioned on their website [protected], 20, 21, 22, 23. I repeatedly called on these numbers for next 4 days. But to add to the misery they do not pick up any call on any of these numbers.
I emailed them several times on the email address provided on their website [protected]@thejtstore.com, and requested them that in case if they are not able to fulfill my order then refund my money. But got no update back.
I also dropped query about my order on their website many a times but got no response. Now they do not accept any query from me on their website. May be they have saved my mobile number and email address.
It has been more than 10 days they are not able to share the status of my order. I have paid the money and not getting my order or any confirmation. Its cheating.
Thejtstore is a fake website.
