[Resolved]  The Legend Saravana Stores [padi] — Failed to replace damaged product and Poor Customer Support

Recently [[protected]] I ordered three chairs from 'The Legend Saravana Stores' [Padi]. And requested for home delivery. Total costs came around Rs 2850 [Including Transport charge] . The company staff assured me that quality product [with selected colours] will be delivered as ordered.

The Next day[[protected]] I received the product but the Colour's were different. I was ok with it as long as the chair's are in good condition. While checking I found one of the chair is slightly damaged, and contacted the delivery person with in 5 mins. He asked me a Photo and assured me that he will pick the product the next day[[protected]] for replacement.
I also raised the complaint using the complaint number provided in the Bill.
The person informed me, that he will check with the supervisor and update me. I waited for 2 hrs and with no response from them I visited the shop and explained that I received different coloured chair and one of them is damaged. The employees[7th Floor] said they should be able to replace the product if I can bring it to shop again. I explained that the delivered guy assured me he will take it back for replacement the next day [[protected]]
After speaking with multiple persons and the delivery guy they [Supervisor] assured that the product will be replaced the next day.

On 3rd Jan I called the delivery guy and he said that he will be calling me
after reaching the place. That's no reply from him.

On 4th again I called Supervisor and informed that the product was not taken back from home and the delivery person is not responding. He again re-iterated that he will check and get back to me. Again i received no response from him.

Today 5th Jan - No response from the Store employee or the delivery person.

I am bit disappointed with the employee's behaviour who keeps on telling that they will do it, but never contacts back. It looks like they are dragging the issue with no proper response, so the customer will stop chasing and move on.

I have purchased many products from them, but this is the first time I am facing this kind of issue.

Finally after 3 weeks from the date of purchase, I got the chair replaced. The store employee started contacting me from 7th Jan and helped me in getting the chair replaced. Supervisor 7th floor, Ph No - 9159433330.
