Our land is belongs to Tenants Co Op, Hsg. Society situated near Chunabhatti Railway Station, Known as Samarth Nagar .The Society has given us 434 Sq.Meter Plot on 998 Years We have started the construction on same plot with out taking any finance from TENANTS CO OP HOUSING SOCIETY NOR FROM THE MAHARASHTRA STATE CO OP HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION .we have taken Loan for construction from CANARA CANK IN THE YEAR 1965.AND THE FIRST BRANCH OF CANARA BANK WAS OPEN IN OUR PREMISES IN THE YEAR 1969. THE BANK WAS IN OUR PREMISES FOR NEARLY ABOUT 43 YEARS AND THIS PERIOD WE HAVE FYLLY PAID THE BORROWED MONEY TO CANARA BANK
However now our building needs to redevelop hence went to collector office to get our Property Card, That time I came to know that In our property card The collectorr office mentioned that The Maharashtra State co op Housing Finance corporation;s name as lessor. I am Shocked when I came to know that we have borrowed money from the MSCO.OP HFC
My representative went to therir office at Marine Lines and at Bandra Kurla Complex, But i have not received any responce from them.
No proper Telephone nos nor names are mentioned on their website.

please help me to resolve my problem
