The Marina Mall — disturbing public by occupying the service road

Dear sir/ madam,
I would like to bring into higher official knowledge that public facing disturbance on public service road because of marina mall administration. The marina mall located at old mahabalipuram rd, egattur, tamil nadu 603103, india. They are occupying complete service road from navallur tollgate to sipcot entrance egattur by keeping “no parking” tags and “bar gates”. If the common people parked or standing with the vehicle upfront of mall they rushing and shouting. As well as they are pulling the airs from the vehicle tyres. People does not know the mall occupied to the particular place or all over the road.
They are not getting business on vehicle parking at the mall, hence they are rushing the public people whom ever parked over the service road they are disturbing and putting the tags over the complete service road both sides.
Note : parking cost is too high and that is not affordable for common people and it is service road and allocated by roadways department. As well as the people parking their vehicle at their own risk why the administration disturbing the public.
Parking cost at marina mall : first ½ an hour free + next 1/2 (Half) an hour 35/-rs = 1 hr =70/-rs
Now a day’s we could see some goons (Wearing costumes like traffic police but they are not) are standing in front of the mall to monitor the public does anybody parking their vehicle on the service road. If so they are rushing and pulling the air from vehicle tyres.
Kindly take a necessary action and do the needful for the public.
