When I saw news coverage about San Diego attorney Scott McMillan, McMillan_Law_Firm, wanted to bury
embarrassing reports about his past it concerned me.
Scott_McMillan_San_Diego_attorneyhad lost three court actions to remove child molestation reports from multiple consumer protections sites.

It looks like not only did Scott McMillan, McMillan Law Firm, failin the San Diego Superior Court Case No.[protected], but also failed in his initial federal lawsuit when he had to amend it from glaring flaws, but then failed when the federal judge dismissed the amended lawsuit in San Diego federal court in Case No. 3:16-cv-2186-WQH-MDD. Scott McMillan, who was also the Dean of the McMillan_Academy_of_Law in La Mesa the State Bar shut down due to apparent fraud, decided to appeal the federal court’s decision. But as liberal as the federal appeals court for the Ninth Circuit maybe it slammed the door on Scott McMillan’s arguments in in Case No. 17-56676.

The McMillan Law Firm, La Mesa, failed to get a report removed from websites where McMillan himself was documented to be a suspect. I urge you to look at the attached report and court file the report is contain in, San Diego Superior Court Case No.[protected].

However, being a sore loser, Scott_McMillan_San Diego_Attorney attorney then decided to have sued the defense attorneys for the whistle blower about the shame filled public record. In Scott McMillan v. Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch, San Diego Superior Court Case No.[protected]CL-NP-CTL, Scott_A_McMillan ignored the law which clearly states the theory of liability San Diego attorney Scott McMillan relied on was not available and dismissed the case.

The_McMillan_Law_Firm in La Mesa, then appealed the decision. Two years later, the San Diego Superior Court, Appellate Division rejected each and every argument of Scott McMillan in Case No.[protected]CL-NP-CTL.
