My Doughter Ms Aradhya Vishwakarma aged 7 Yrs was met an accident & her Leg was injured which treatment was done at "Baba Madhav Shah Chiktsalya" at Madhav Nagar, Katni (MP). My Doughter was admitted 2 days in Hospital, as per Doctor Advise. I Have submitted my claim for Rs. 2, 968/- which received at MD India Health Insurance Branch at Bhopal on 07.10.2016. But till date Mediclaim amt Rs. 2, 968/- not paid by Insurance Co. even after continuously followup on emails & reminder. Please look into the matter.
