The Nice Stay — I paid 11555.- for Purchasing a Laptop after payment they are telling its combo offer need to purchase one more item and even not refunding the money.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Sub: I paid 11555.- for Purchasing a Laptop after payment they are telling its combo offer need to purchase one more item and even not returning the money.

This in regard that On telephone conference received from Cell No:+91 [protected] from one of the agency The Nice Stay they intimated my Phone Number [protected] is selected in The Nice Stay selections and informed that I have won a Laptop Make : Dell for a lesser price which can paid through online though Pay u Money.
First the Person communicated that a link will be send to my maid id where I can pay the amount please find the link below:

As Pay U Money is an official Site I was interested to pay the amount and made the transaction through HDFC credit card. My Transaction ID Is[protected].

After the transaction is completed I asked for the Invoice and dispatch details of the product and they told that the call will be received from the company with in 30 min just before the dispatch and I did nt get any call. They have forwarded mail for the NICE STAY PACKAGE at wonderful holiday package of 4N/5D.

I Have communicated with PAY U MONEY and they informed that the amount transfered to NICE STAY. when i Communicated with THE NICE STAY +91 [protected] they are informing that its combo offer need to purchase one more item and even not returning the money.

Please help me in getting refung of my money or a DELL Laptop.

Updated by Thrinath Venkat Kumar Ch Recently couriered by the nicestay a Laptop bag and Membership xexox copy for introduction of new member into thenicestay through DTDC courier track id DTDC Z04035492 . They are refunding my money nor a laptop.

It happen the same with me. Last they had given me a cancellation request number on 11th of Jan and say after 45 days it will refund. Now website is not there even phone also not working.

we can do a formal complain at government portal as well. Here is the detail, i am going to complain there. If we all get together for this or number of complain for the same will go to government then gov. may take action. The main thing is we all customer should Unit on whatsApp at least. The company site was expired on 15th Feb. We should take action ASAP

government runs a portal called the Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment Centre (core.nic.in). It is a com plaint and grievance redressal system run by the Consumer Co-ordination Council and supported by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.
