The Optimal — I have cheated by company

On 10 March 2022 agent from optimal company msg me from no.+[protected] and offer a job to convert jpg images into pdf files . He provide me work detail & jpg images by google drive link .I had completed the work within given time period .Then on 15th march 2022he provide me a website link and say me to register on it then i registered . Next day on 16th march he provide me a email address ([protected]@theoptimal.co.in ) to submit my work for quality check .Then i submit my work on that email.Then he says me that they will check quality of my work & give my sallery within 48 hours. You may take your salary after quality check by login through website & submit your details.After one day on 18th march they send me a quality code to enter in website so that i take my sallery . But i didn't check that quality code on same day .next day 19th march when i ask from agent about my salary then he says that now the quality code is expired so you have to pay 910 rs fees to regenerate code, he provide me a upi id( [protected]@apl) for pay this fees . Then on 20 March i submit this fees.Next day(21st March) they provide me a code by sms

Then i had entered this code on website, then enter my bank account details for salary transaction after submit information website show that your account is not able to receive salary so contact your whatsapp executive for your salary process.
Then i contact to whatsapp agent he says me that you have to open a account in our company for it provide your adhar card, photo and registered mobile number connected with aadhar card and submit 4000 rs as account open charges it is refundable . Then i request to agent that I am not able to give these charges you may cut double amount from my salary but he refuse to cut from salary then on my request he says that submit 2000 now and 2000 after taken salary.on that day i didn't submit these charges then next day (22nd March) a msg come from company

If you are not willing to open bank account with our company. You can get salary through google pay or phone pe but there will TRANSACTIONAL FEE of Rs. 2980/- which is mandatory WITH IN 24HRS. Choose your option and let us know to process further.

Then I discuss with agent and he says that if you are not able to submit complete amount submit 2000rs now and 1000 give back after salary.Then I submit 2000 on same upi id .He says me to wait for 24 hour within 24 hour they will transfer my salary on my upi id . But they didn't provide my salary & next day (23 MARCH) again they demand for 1829 rs as processing fee and final fee to take salary. Then i submit 1829 rs on same upi id, he says me to wait for a hour for salary after one hour when i ask from him then he says that due to technical problem he is not able to transfer my salary so i have to wait for 15hours . After 15 hours on 24 MARCH company send me a text sms

When I talk to her she says me to submit 629 rs and take your salary . Then i didn't pay that charges & demand for my payment back . Then she says that that's last option & last fee for your salary and all payments you submit . She says after submit this fee she will refund all payments and transfer my salary.But now i didn't pay that money I say her that either you will return my money otherwise i will complain in cyber cell against you .Then after some time a text sms came from company

I'm CEO of this company actually your executive's are not available right now.. I'm the person who credit ur salary this is the final option to take ur salary pay 329/- and check ur account u will receive ur salary.. I[censored] don't use this option I can't help u anymore.. So try to understand and do it this final option.. I[censored] want refund means u have to wait for 45 days no other option

After it i discuss to her, she says pay 329 and chk your account for salary, then i pay 329 on same upi id . After pay that charges I sent a screenshot of successful transaction to her . After it she didn't reply or response me and they didn't give my salary of 28310 rs .

So they take 5068 rs from me & didn't give my salary & didn't return my money back.
As a proof I attached screenshot of all transactions and text sms and submitting work on mail and some of conversation with agents of company.
So please help me to take back 5000 rs from that scammers.
